Order Processing (Cash On Delivery)
All Cash on delivery orders placed on our website will be confirmed through cellular phone call within 24 hours. Without order confirmation no order will be processed.
After order confirmation order will dispatch on same day during working hours. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.

For all pre-paid orders customers have to share payment receipt of their selected payment option on WhatsApp at +92-345-5926406.
After receiving payment proof, order will dispatch withing 24 hours. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.

Packaging
We at Focallure pack all products with extreme care and we try our best to avoid damage to our goods during shipping.
All products will be wrapped in bubble wrap and rest assure palettes will be packed with even more protection.

Free Shipping
Free shipping option is available for all cities in Pakistan if order amount is above 3000 Rupees.
Customer will have to select and apply free shipping option in cart.

All orders will be delivered through our partner courier (Leopards Courier) within 3-5 business days after order processing.
