How To Use: Apply the eyebrow pencil to outline and fill in the brows, then use the brush to blend and comb them into place. The eyebrow pencil comes with a built-in safety pencil sharpener. Remove the lid from the eyebrow comb, then sharpen the pencil tip along the beveled edge using the sharpener until it is properly shaped.
